1. Reservations
Room reservations can be made through our website, by email, or via phone.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured.
For direct bookings, we may require a deposit to confirm your reservation.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
For group bookings or special offers, different cancellation terms may apply.
4. Children and Pets
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pets are allowed upon request—please inform us in advance.
Guests are responsible for ensuring children and pets do not disturb other guests or damage property.
5. Restaurant Bookings
Table reservations are recommended, especially during high season or sunset hours.
We reserve the right to release unconfirmed reservations after a grace period.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
7. Use of the Website
All content (text, images, logos) on this website is the property of Kofini and may not be reproduced without permission.
We strive to provide accurate information but reserve the right to make corrections or changes at any time without notice.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their booking details or account (if applicable).
8. Liability
Kofini is not responsible for accidents, loss of belongings, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or third-party failures).
Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the property or facilities.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chania, Crete.
